We, at the Office of Disability Resources at UMW have been excited to start using PREP as our main PDF remediation tool. We have been using it for a few months and have been able to make our PDF workflow more manageable. PREP has saved us both time and money by allowing us to edit the PDF in an easy and robust way. I would say it cuts down our PDF remediation process in half due to simplistic features all in the platform. It has also saved us money because we have not had to the need to send complicated PDFs out to other vendors.
