PREP was able to identify and convert complex structures including tables, lists, Math formulae, equations, and handwritten notes while preserving the content format. The Word files generated by PREP were reviewed by subject matter experts for quality and accuracy.
In less than 3 weeks, PREP helped the client turn poor quality scanned PDFs into editable Word documents for their learners. Now, learners were able to access and edit documents within a very short period of time. While achieving compliance, the institution also saved substantially on costs.
