Continual Engine Will Be Hosting a New Webinar on The Future of Document Compliance

Continual Engine is hosting an upcoming webinar titled “The Future of Document Compliance: Leveraging AI for Accuracy and Efficiency” on September 17, 2025. This online session is open to all and offers an opportunity to learn how organizations can address the growing need for accessible and compliant documents.

The webinar will be hosted by Kristin Yokota, AVP of Sales at Continual Engine, and will feature insights from Ken Nakata and Jeff Singleton, Principals at Converge Accessibility. Together, they will share their expertise on the evolving compliance landscape and what it means for both corporations and municipalities.

Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of accessibility requirements, the most common challenges in achieving compliance, and how AI-driven solutions can simplify PDF remediation at speed and scale. Continual Engine (CE) is Hosting Continual-Innovate: CE Solutions Hackathon 2025

Continual Engine will be hosting “Continual-Innovate” – CE Solutions Hackathon 2025, which will start from September 8 to 18, 2025. The hackathon will bring together student teams from diverse academic backgrounds to work hands-on with PREP, Continual Engine’s AI-driven PDF & document remediation platform, and tackle real-world accessibility challenges.

The student teams will collaborate on problem statements, brainstorm solutions, and propose enhancements that can make digital documents more inclusive. The event will wrap up with a virtual closing ceremony on September 19, featuring cash prizes and internship opportunities for the winners, highlighting Continual Engine’s commitment to empowering the next generation of accessibility leaders.

Continual Engine Hosted a Webinar on PDF Accessibility for Complex Content

Continual Engine recently hosted a live webinar titled “Semester Kickoff: Make Your PDFs Accessible in Minutes Using PREP (AI/Automated PDF Remediation Platform)” on August 7, 2025. The session focused on simplifying PDF accessibility using PREP, with a particular emphasis on handling complex content such as STEM materials, tables, tables of contents, and lists.

During the webinar, participants saw a live demo showcasing how PREP addresses real accessibility challenges, learned best practices for both new and advanced users, and explored platform features such as admin tools, single sign-on (SSO), and LMS integrations with Canvas and D2L Brightspace. The event offered valuable insights for attendees at all stages of their accessibility journey.

Continual Engine’s Advisor Joined the AM Jain College Commerce Association Inaugural

On August 14, Dr. K. Sriram, advisor of Continual Engine, attended as the Chief Guest at the Commerce Association inaugural of AM Jain College, Chennai. Addressing 200 students and faculty, he urged students to begin practicing social responsibility today and highlighted career paths in assistive technology, organic farming, and renewable energy.
