What is this round up about?

‘Expert RoundUp: ADA Title II Readiness and 2026 Outlook’ is a small initiative to gather clear, real world priorities from people who are close to digital accessibility work.
The goal is simple. Many public institutions and teams want to do better before the ADA Title II deadline, yet feel unsure what to tackle first. We want to share practical perspectives that can help them focus their limited time on what truly improves access, not only on checking boxes.
Digital accessibility is something we care about very deeply. It is the reason we started Continual Engine and it is at the heart of our work with education providers, public institutions, financial institutions and other organizations that create and share content.
Our team is putting this round up together as a community effort. It is not a product promotion. It is meant to be a reference that public institutions and accessibility teams can lean on as they plan for ADA Title II.
To make this simple and easy for you, we have created a simple submission form on this page. Just follow the instructions given in the form. We look forward to receiving your expert input.
We are aiming to receive contributions by 15th April, 2026 and begin sharing the series shortly after.
When we share the roundup, we will clearly credit you by name, role and organization, using the wording you prefer.
We will tag you on LinkedIn where possible and include 1 link of your choice, for example your LinkedIn profile, website, newsletter, or a resource you would like people to see. You can share this link in our submission form.

Why does your voice matter?

As the deadline gets closer, we keep hearing the same concerns from public institutions and teams.
They want to do better for their students, patrons and communities but are not always sure about how to approach it. Teams have also told us that they are often overwhelmed by legacy content, new requests and limited resources.
You are someone whose work and thinking in this space can benefit them. Your perspective can help bring some calm and clarity to that noise.
The ask is very small and flexible.
You can contribute to our expert roundup in any ONE of these ways:
  • A short written response, usually 2 to 4 sentences
  • A brief audio note, around 60 - 120 seconds (or even more if you wish to)
  • A short selfie video, around 60 - 120 seconds (or even more if you wish to)
If time is tight, even a single line is welcome.
Yes. You can share a link to a short audio note or selfie video in the submission form or in the LinkedIn message thread.
If you share audio or video, captions or a brief transcript are very welcome so we can keep this work accessible to a wider audience. If that is not possible, we can create a transcript on our side.
With your permission, we plan to share your input in four main ways:
  • A short LinkedIn series hosted from the Continual Engine page that highlights each contributor and their perspective.
  • A recap article on the Continual Engine blog that brings these perspectives together for public institutions and accessibility teams.
  • Other Continual Engine channels where we speak with leaders about digital accessibility and ADA Title II readiness, for example conference sessions, decks or brief notes.
  • We may do a press release publishing your quote. This is not confirmed at the moment.
When we share the round up, we will:
  • Clearly credit you by name, role and organization, using the wording you prefer.
  • Tag you on LinkedIn where possible.
  • Include one link of your choice, for example your LinkedIn profile, website, newsletter or a resource you would like people to see.
If we occasionally quote a short excerpt in related materials such as a talk, slide or press note, we will keep the context faithful and will not present it as an endorsement of Continual Engine or any specific solution. It will be shared as your perspective on what organizations should prioritize.
We may lightly edit written responses for length, clarity or flow. We will not change the meaning of what you share. If you would like to review how your quote or snippet appears before it goes live, we are happy to send it to you for a quick check.
If you prefer not to be named directly, we can share your perspective with a more general description, for example “accessibility consultant” or “accessibility leader in higher education”.
You are also free to reuse your own quote or clip in your own channels in any way you see fit.
